I just wanted to say I love your art...and that it must be in a Goss gene to create art like this. My father's cousin, Dave Goss reminds me a bit of your work. It's great!
Just found your nam on the Internet. Also wondering if you are related to Patricia Goss a sculptor in Toronto, Canada? Your work and hers have a similar flow.
i am here doing homework for my DT (design and teachnology project
James, you have really inspired me. I am a designer whose work resides mainly on the web or in print. I have recently begun to yearn for some hands-on 'therapy' – a new means to express myself. Your work encapsulates that desire, and I hope I will purchase a piece sometime soon, while indulging in some sculpting myself. Thanks.
You have wonderful work, you've truly captured the essence of stones flexibility. Just wanted to share my thoughts.
Magnificent art and an impressive site!

I always enjoy viewing your work. Please e-mail whenever you have new pics! Robert
Your art is beautiful. It is so nice to see an artists work that is not crude and ugly, but instead wonderfully delicate. Thank You.
As an sculpture myself I can se that you can get the vitality out of your stones. I have had exsperinace with Italian Alabaster when I was starting out in art while I lived in Fl, but at the moment I am working with wood mainley because I cant aford to buy any materials. I am from Iceland where almost everything is covered with rock. I know that Alabaster is a soft rock what abouth your medium, and where can I buy these rocks. Keep up the great design on your sculpture. Her is a question, is there a rule which says that your collor of your bace has to bee diffrent? Thanks Johann.
James, I was intrigued by your work and I appreciate your concentration on the material as well as incorporation and adaptation of Japanese tradition. How would a young person break into this feild, are there apprenticeships available? thanks and good luck. -chris walker

Beautiful work Jim. I got to see some of it the last time we went to Sun Mountain Lodge in Winthrop. My artist/sculptor boyfriend, Philip Wankier, was also impressed. Check out his site http//www.jbweb.com/wankier/ Contact us if you get a chance. Would be great to her from a fellow Okanoganer.
James, your sculpture is speaks balance and motion. So wonderful to view - I've been on your site for most of the evening. I am purchasiing art for an interior yacht project and would like to purchase many of your sculptures. Please contact me as soon as possible. Your work feels like the flowing water / waves in many ways. Thanks for your time. I look forward to speaking with you. Kindest Regards, Michelle

I'd love to know where you get your inspiration from. I have a fellow student inmy art class who also works with similar forms in marble. I would really appreciateanysort of feed back on what inspires you and what drew you to this medium to start with. Was it the attraction that stone is everlasting, classical and traditional? I enjoyed you web page and hope to hear from you soon!
